Excellent support, walking extra miles for guests
My wife and I stayed at the Porta Bali, Golden Tulip in Angra, 17 to 22-01-2010.
The receptionist on duty when we checked in was Sueellen. She appologised for not having a full seaview room available but that she will move us if we want to as soon as she has a better room. About 3 hrs later she came looking for us at the nice swimming pool to inform us that she has changed our room.
During our stay my wife fell ill and we had to consult a doctor. We asked reception as to where we could find a good and english speaking doctor. She undertook to phone around. Later she came back to inform us that she couldn´t get an appointment with an english speaking doctor but one one of the staff will go with us.
